GESSURE – Refund Policy

Last Updated: October 2025 Effective From: The date of user registration or first use of the GESSURE platform.

1. Our Stance on Refunds

  • All payments made to GESSURE for any of our services are considered final and are strictly non-refundable.
  • By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

This no-refund policy applies to all services offered by GESSURE, including but not limited to:

  • Job Posting fees
  • Premium Account Subscriptions
  • Promotional features (e.g., featured jobs, company profiles)
  • Any other paid services or features offered on the platform

3. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

GESSURE is a digital service platform. When a service is purchased, platform resources are immediately allocated, and features are activated. Because these are digital goods and services, they cannot be “returned.” Our fees cover the cost of platform access and feature activation, not the outcome or usage of that feature.

We do not provide refunds or credits for any of the following reasons:

  • User dissatisfaction with the service or its results.
  • Partial use or non-use of a purchased service or feature.
  • A user’s decision to delete their account.
  • An account being suspended, restricted, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

4. Exception: Proven Technical Errors

  • The only instance in which a refund will be considered is in the case of a proven technical error originating from the GESSURE payment system.
  • Examples of Technical Errors: A duplicate payment charged for the exact same service in a single transaction, or a payment processed where no service was activated due to a confirmed system fault.
  • Process: If you believe you have been charged due to a technical error, you must contact our support team at hello@gessure.in within 48 hours of the transaction. You must provide all relevant details, including transaction IDs and screenshots, for investigation.
  • GESSURE will investigate the claim, and a refund will only be issued if our team confirms a technical fault on our part.

5. Payment Processing

  • GESSURE does not store your personal card or banking details. All transactions are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.
