6.4. Verification Documents Uploaded verification documents are stored securely. After the verification process is complete, we will delete these documents upon your written request to our support team.

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. As GESSURE is based in India, by using our Service you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in India.

- Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time.
